Occasionally, information within the Mobile Application may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information without prior notice.
The Mobile Application may display advertisements or promotional content provided by third parties. We are not responsible for any products or services offered by advertisers.
The Mobile Application may contain links to external websites or services. We do not control or endorse these third-party resources and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to violating applicable laws, infringing intellectual property rights, distributing malicious software, or interfering with the operation of the Services.
All content, trademarks, graphics, logos, and software included in the Mobile Application are the property of 3RABAPP LTD or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3RABAPP LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where 3RABAPP LTD operates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Mobile Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
